The Ritz-Carlton Kahuku is seeking a Property Manager on Duty to oversee all hotel operations, ensuring peak hospitality standards in the lobby and guest relations. You will resolve guest issues, coordinate service flows, and supervise guest services teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

This management role requires leadership experience in luxury hospitality, budgeting acumen, and a strong commitment to The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. The position is on-site in Kahuku, Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house leadership experience in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Understanding of budgeting, payroll, and cost control.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Property Manager on Duty and oversee daily property operations.
• Resolve guest issues and manage guest relations in the lobby.
