The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a senior Property Leader to manage luxury residential facilities, overseeing all departments and the physical plant with emphasis on protecting the investment and increasing value.

You will develop property-wide strategies, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver exceptional service while partnering with associations, vendors, and the Board. This role requires seasoned leadership in a Four-Star hospitality environment.

Formación

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major.
• 6 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
• Management license for Condominiums, as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop operational strategy aligned with brand goals and oversee execution.
• Review owner engagement surveys and create yearly action plans and performance reports.
• Manage residential property operations and liaise with association services directors.
• Lead training programs related to property management and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain complete inventory of owners’ information, space, dues, newsletters, and hotel features.
