Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive Accounting experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Experience supervising Accounting staff.
• Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting and integrity of financial data.
• Direct monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide analysis of variances and commentary on hotel performance.
• Lead the Accounting department, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership to support financial decisions and profitability.
