Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the StateView Hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. This role leads by example, driving fiduciary and quality goals for the Food and Beverage operation while aligning with Benchmark standards and the company’s mission and values.

You will supervise and develop the team, ensure service excellence, manage cost controls, and support hiring and training efforts across outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and/or full service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Well organized.

Responsabilités

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff under supervision.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments or clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure that standards of food, beverage and service quality meet first‑class operation levels.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product utilization systems to monitor costs.
