• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Well organized.

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
• Ensure food, beverage and service standards meet a first-class operation.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product utilization systems.
• Lead by following productivity standards for food & beverage staff.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to foster loyalty among employees.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Support other food and beverage outlets as needed.
