Job summary

Pyramid Hotel Group is hiring a Banquet Captain / Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our luxury operations at The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection. You will lead banquet events, coordinate with culinary, sales, and hotel departments, and provide hands-on leadership to service teams across outlets.

The ideal candidate has banquet, restaurant, or F&B experience; supervisory experience is preferred; strong communication and guest-focused service; and flexibility for varied schedules including

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or Food & Beverage experience required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee banquet events from setup through completion, ensuring events meet specifications.
• Review BEOs and coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Banquets, and other departments.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate assignments to the banquet team.
• Supervise banquet servers and support staff with hands-on leadership.
• Serve as primary contact during events and respond to guest needs.
