Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond luxury hotel, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B Team and drive guest experiences at this premier property.

You will oversee daily F&B operations across outlets, manage profitability, coach staff, ensure health and safety standards, and partner with marketing to deliver exceptional hospitality that defines our award-winning culture in Beverly Hills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operations: Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and profitability.
• Enhance guest satisfaction: Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, collect feedback, and drive improvements.
• Drive operational efficiency: Oversee administrative and planning functions, implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Elevate quality and service: Support delivery of exceptional F&B quality, service, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, recognize achievements.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
