ITL Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Cook with a passion for delivering high-end guest experiences. You should have a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant, with a culinary degree considered a plus.

This non-exempt role reports to the Chef de Cuisine and emphasizes teamwork, safety, and consistent quality. In this position you will work in a fast-paced kitchen to prep, plate, and serve all foods, while upholding Food Handling & Sanitation

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 4 years culinary experience.
• Culinary degree or some level of culinary education a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate a reasonable knowledge in all aspects of Food Handling & Sanitation standards.
• Show positive teamwork skills and the ability to take direction and work ahead as directed.
• Must have good knowledge of food products, culinary preparation, and equipment.
• Good knife skills and responsibility for preparation, plating and service of all foods.
• Assist in inventory as directed and adhere to company guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and facility, and enforce maintenance of assets.
• Assist in daily kitchen inspections for cleanliness, organization and Health & Safety standards.
• Participate in cost control including food, labor, equipment and uniforms costs.
• Read and follow recipes to execute tasks to the highest standards.

Educación
