Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, cost control and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion all menu items; maintain order sheets and stock.
• Oversee inventory and reduce breakage/loss of china and equipment.
• Help manage food and labor costs through costing and scheduling.
• Lead production and plating to meet guest expectations.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Implement cost-control measures and revenue strategies.
• Create and maintain staffing schedules.
• Guide menu development with chef and ensure appealing presentation.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and WOW moments.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
