Montage International, owner of Pendry Park City, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen team with a focus on innovative menus, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences. You will manage staff, oversee inventory, cost reductions, and ensure top-tier food quality in a luxury hotel setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence in a dynamic, guest-centric environment at Pendry Park City.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of culinary supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with adopting new tech.
• Experience implementing new food concepts and menu development.
• Budget analysis capabilities are a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and supervise sous chefs and cooks.
• Oversee inventory control, order sheets, and cost containment.
• Assist in menu development with culinary leadership.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.
• Schedule staffing to maintain appropriate coverage and service levels.
