Job summary

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the property's revenue cycle by ensuring invoices, payments, and account records are processed accurately and efficiently. You will assist with billing, collections, credit card processing, guest inquiries, and account reconciliation while upholding confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• You have accounting experience, with hospitality or resort experience considered an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage financial information quickly and confidentially.
• Comfortable working with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and computer-based financial applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with error-discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts receivable records, billing statements, and aging reports.
• Reconcile payments, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate posting.
• Process credit card transactions, refunds, and payment-related inquiries.
• Support month-end closing and collaborate with Finance and Front Office.
