Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Basic mathematical ability.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Proficient in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome.
• Maintain reservations, menus, and the menu showcase.
• Answer restaurant phone per Boston Harbor Hotel standards.
• Ensure promotions and events wording is accurate and appropriate.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a pristine uniform at all times.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager and Assistants.
• Address guest comments and suggestions promptly and professionally.
• Meet guest requests with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Uphold Forbes Standards in every guest interaction.
