Job summary

Falsetto Hospitality in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Host/Hostess for Caviar Club to create a warm, refined arrival and departure experience that sets the tone for our guests.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, walk-ins and waitlists, and coordinate with managers and service staff to ensure smooth seating and exceptional hospitality. Weekend availability is required; part-time hours available; SevenRooms experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Experience with SevenRooms is preferred.
• Part-time availability is available.
• Weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and professionally while creating a memorable first impression.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists while maintaining efficient service flow.
• Communicate effectively with managers, Captains, and the service team regarding reservations, seating, and guest preferences.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence, professionalism, and discretion.
• Provide exceptional hospitality while anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Remain organized and composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude by assisting wherever needed to support the overall guest experience.
