Job summary

Falsetto Hospitality is seeking a Lounge Server to join Caviar Club in a luxury lounge and bar setting. Deliver attentive service, knowledge of our beverage program, and personalized guest experiences while coordinating with the team to ensure seamless execution.

The role requires extensive hospitality experience and strong guest service and beverage knowledge, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume luxury restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Enter all food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all food and beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge and service areas.
• Communicate with team members to ensure seamless execution.
• Follow alcohol service regulations and cash handling procedures.
• Report maintenance or damage to management.
