Job summary

The Little Nell, Aspen’s premier Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort, seeks a Host to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and present menus with professional, timely service. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role supports a renowned dining experience in a slope-side setting.

The position requires assisting servers as needed, coordinating with staff, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (required).
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English.
• High School graduate preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and seat them professionally.
• Present menus and coordinate seating to balance service across servers.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables and keep bar areas clean.
• Handle phone calls to relay wait times, reservations, and basic resort questions.
• Participate in daily cleaning and support as needed for service.
