Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen invites a Back Server to join our luxury food and beverage team. You will present menus with confidence, take orders, and deliver food and drinks in a timely, professional manner while maintaining Forbes Five-Star standards.

We value at least a year of restaurant experience, strong communication, and a courteous, guest-first attitude. This is a seasonal full-time role based in Aspen, offering team-oriented service and ski-town perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience working in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Use suggestive selling technique for food and beverage.
• Attend daily pre-meal tasting and pre-shift meeting.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverage promptly.
• Check with guests during meals for satisfaction.
• Handle guest checks and payments accurately.
• Assist in clearing and setting tables before, during, and after service.
• Escalate guest comments and complaints to management.
• Know Colorado liquor laws and avoid serving intoxicated guests or minors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
