• 3+ years in Learning & Development, HR, or Training roles in luxury hospitality.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Forbes-rated property or understanding Forbes Five-Star standards preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead property-wide L&D programs, including Forbes Five-Star training, new hire orientation, compliance, and leadership development.
• Ensure colleagues embody luxury service standards aligned with Forbes Five-Star expectations.
• Assess training needs and curate content such as manuals, digital resources, and videos.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions via in-person, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure compliance training on safety, ethics, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to create monthly L&D action plans and calendars.
• Tailor training programs with department heads to boost operations and guest service.
• Support career growth by establishing development paths for future leaders.
• Maintain communication with senior leaders regarding training initiatives and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and build relationships with training providers.
