Job summary

The Chanler at Cliff Walk is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee benefits administration, H-2B workforce coordination, recruiting and onboarding, and HR record-keeping in a luxury hotel setting.

You will partner with hotel leadership to ensure compliance with employment laws, support both hourly and management staff, and maintain confidential files while delivering seamless HR services in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience required.
• Experience with H-2B programs or seasonal workforce management preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, benefits administration, and onboarding practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: manage health, dental, vision, and related programs; coordinate renewals and enrollments.
• H-2B Program Administration: onboarding, housing paperwork, visas, and compliance with regulations.
• Onboarding & Orientation: conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of paperwork.
• HR Compliance & Employee Records: maintain files, I-9s, postings, and audits.
• Employee Relations & HR Support: assist with questions, trainings, and documentation.
