TMD Custom Builders, based in Littleton, CO, seeks a highly experienced Custom Home Superintendent to manage on-site operations for luxury new builds, full home rebuilds, and major additions. You will lead on-site teams, ensure schedule adherence, and uphold our standard of excellence to deliver exceptional homes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-end residential construction, strong local knowledge of Denver metro codes, and excellent communication with clients and trades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent or Field Supervisor in high-end custom residential builds or luxury remodels.
• Strong familiarity with Denver metro building codes and local permit processes (Littleton area).
• Deep understanding of residential building methods, plan reading, and construction management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, architects, and trades.
• Proactive problem solving and reliable track record delivering on time.
• Reliable performer with a history of meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

• On-site leadership for luxury projects and daily operations.
• Maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship at every phase.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors and trades.
• Drive project schedule and budget adherence while ensuring safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to realize vision.
• Uphold superior client experience with a clean, safe job site.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and local building codes, inspections.
• Maintain TMD's Standard of Excellence and core values.
