Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on luxury custom residential builds in Scottsdale, AZ, with project values from $5M to $10M. You will own the jobsite daily, managing schedules, trades, quality, safety and inspections to ensure finishes meet the highest standards.

This on-site role requires a proven track record, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate architects, designers and the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience in luxury custom residential construction.
• Proven track record running high-end builds in the $5M-$10M range.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, building codes, and high-end finish carpentry, millwork, and stone work.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating trades with architects, designers, and project management.
• Strong communicator who can hold subcontractors to a high standard while maintaining good relationships.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Familiarity with Scottsdale and Paradise Valley luxury residential market preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on luxury custom home builds from site prep and foundation through final punch and client handoff.
• Build and maintain look-ahead schedules, sequencing subcontractors and deliveries to keep work moving without downtime.
• Coordinate and supervise all trades on site, holding subcontractors accountable for schedule, workmanship, and cleanup.
• Conduct daily quality control walks to protect design intent and catch issues before they get covered up; schedule and attend municipal inspections and resolve corrections quickly.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA requirements, and site cleanliness at all times.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and specifications to direct field work accurately.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, and interior designers to resolve field conflicts and RFIs.
• Track material deliveries, verify quantities, and flag procurement issues before they affect the schedule.
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and field documentation.
• Manage punch lists and final walkthroughs to deliver a finished product that meets client expectations.

You will be the person on site making sure the work gets built right, built on time, and built to the finish standard these homes demand.
