The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-end residential supervision, deep knowledge of Denver-area codes, and strong plan-reading and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as superintendent or field supervisor in high-end residential construction.
• Knowledge of Denver metro codes and local processes.
• Strong plan-reading and construction management software skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• On-site leadership for high-end residential projects.
• Quality control to maintain craftsmanship standards.
• Schedule, budget, and subcontractor management.
