Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Luxury Home Sales Representative, located in Brentwood, TN. The representative will be responsible for selling luxury smart home solutions, engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing detailed product demonstrations, and building lasting client relationships. The role encompasses managing sales processes from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The representative will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Sales skills, including lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals
  • Experience with home automation, surveillance, security, and audio/video systems
  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry developments
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in luxury home sales is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting in a car or at a desk while working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

Location:

  • Must reside in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, or the surrounding area
  • Commission-based with no earnings cap
