Capsul Group is redefining modern living with high-end modular homes, mobile commercial spaces, gyms, and prefab container solutions. From pop-up restaurants to off-grid luxury homes, we’re building the future—one structure at a time.

Your Mission
  1. Close inbound leads for $50K–$100K+ container-based solutions
  2. Make 100+ calls/texts/emails a day to hot and warm leads
  3. Guide customers through financing, permitting, and customization
  4. Keep your CRM organized (we use GoHighLevel, but flexibility is key)
  5. Hit aggressive sales quotas and build your pipeline like a pro

You’re Our Kind of Rep If:
  • You’ve closed high-ticket deals ($50K+) in real estate, solar, construction, or similar
  • You’ve done $3M+ in sales annually
  • You are self-driven, relentless with follow-up, and laser-focused on commissions
  • You think fast, speak well, and handle objections like a boss
  • You’re coachable but competitive—and you hate losing
Compensation:
  • Commission-only to start — top reps earn $5K–$15K+/month
  • Performance bonuses, paid trips, and exclusive event access
  • Equity opportunities available for top performers
  • Full-time potential after 90 days of performance
