Independent Sales Representative - Luxury Eyewear

Palm Optical is seeking passionate, driven Independent Sales Representatives to represent our premier portfolio of luxury eyewear brands across the U.S. This fully remote, commission-based opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a deep understanding of the optical or fashion accessories industry.

• Cazal – Edgy, fashion-forward German designs favored by celebrities worldwide.
• Caviar – Opulent, Italian-made frames featuring 24K gold and Swarovski crystals.
• Goliath – Bold, oversized statement pieces crafted for modern trendsetters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in assigned territories
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing accounts through regular engagement and servicing
• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the optical and luxury retail space
• Collaborate closely with Sales Management and the Miami HQ team to support sales growth through coordinated product launches, targeted marketing efforts, and overall brand strategy
• Deliver timely insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with all accounts and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the optical or luxury fashion/accessories market
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a multi-state territory independently
• Solid understanding of luxury eyewear and current fashion trends (preferred)
• Strong drive for growth and achieving sales goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with EyeRep or similar CRM/sales tools is a plus
