Job summary

Toll Brothers in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Sales Consultant for our luxury home community. This onsite role is five days a week, guiding buyers from first visit through move-in, and generating traffic to the community.

You will partner with Online Sales and Marketing, demonstrate model homes, and help clients with mortgage processes while delivering a Tiffany closing gift. Preferred candidates have a real estate license, 3+ years in new-home sales, and a Bachelor’s degree; weekend

Qualifications

3+ years sales experience required.
Real estate license required in some states.
Weekend availability required.
Full-time, 5-day work week.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years new home sales experience preferred.
New home construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate Traffic: Maintain online presence (Tollbrothers.com, MLS); drive internet lead conversion; build relationships with Real Estate Agents; conduct prospecting & appointment setting; coordinate with marketing for traffic-generating activities.
Drives Results: Manage supply of quick delivery homes; perform competitive analyses; ensure model homes meet White Glove standards; demonstrate features to customers; use Salesforce, Pivotal, MS Office, E1; prepare and present real estate documents; attend sales meetings.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences at the sales center; partner with design studio to enhance the customer journey; assist mortgage process with TBIM; manage weekly post-sale communications; deliver closing gift to homeowners.
