Job summary

30A Luxury Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep luxury gulf-front properties guest-ready. You’ll handle proactive preventive work, conduct detailed inspections, and perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, understand premium property needs, and present professionally. Expect an on-site role in Rosemary Beach with weekends and holidays on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in vacation rental or luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of high-end property needs and guest expectations.
• Preventative mindset and forward planning to avoid guest impact.
• Professional presentation that reflects brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules across all properties (HVAC, pools, plumbing, electrical).
• Perform property inspections before guest arrivals as final quality check.
• Carry out repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, locks.
• Troubleshoot A/V, smart home systems, and WiFi to prevent maintenance failures.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and coordinate with managers and vendors.
• Document all work clearly in our systems for team access.
