Pinnacle Lodging, based in Breckenridge, CO, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep vacation properties safe, comfortable, and guest-ready. You will inspect, service, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, often between guest stays to minimize downtime.

This in-person role requires practical problem-solving and teamwork, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You’ll join a culture that values hospitality and reliable upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Routine inspections of vacation homes on a set schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Diagnose and repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Handle quick-turn repairs between reservations.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs including evenings and weekends.
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and light construction.
• Log work details and materials in the system.
• Coordinate with Lodging team and outside vendors.
• Follow safety protocols and flag hazards.
