Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Diagnose and repair in-home issues like HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Maintain records of all tasks performed using Breezeway.
• Communicate work progress and ensure accurate tracking.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues.
• Assist and guide other maintenance technicians.
