Baer's Furniture in Florida is seeking energetic Sales and Design Consultants to deliver a premier shopping experience. You will help guests envision and specify stylish furniture and accessories, turning houses into inviting homes.

You will greet guests, demonstrate product knowledge, build rapport, and close sales through confident, informed interactions in a high-end showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and guests.
• Adaptable team player with a retail mindset.
• Willingness to work a 5-day retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with learning new computer programs and systems.
