Job summary

Scan Design is seeking a Sales Design Consultant to join our Florida showroom. You will work directly with clients, develop design concepts, present finishes, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery.

The role combines design flair with sales, in a full-time, commission-based environment with a guaranteed draw. Strong communication and client service are essential, with in-person showroom hours including weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in interior design or related fields.
Proven sales experience in a high-end environment.
Familiarity with design software platforms preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and assist clients with design projects.
Select components from our collections to create a unique space for each client.
Formulate solutions to satisfy client's needs.
Prepare sketches using Floor Planner software for client presentation.
Own and manage the sales order process from start to finish.
Conduct client home visits to measure spaces and present options.
Maintain showroom aesthetics and professional client relations.
