Job summary

Action Property Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Concierge for our luxury HOA at 181 Fremont in San Francisco. The role involves greeting residents and guests, handling front desk duties, and ensuring smooth operations with a focus on exceptional service.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, experience with front desk teams is preferred, and must pass background checks. Salary is $26 per hour, with Saturday-Sunday evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Luxury hotel or luxury property management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a front desk team is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Communicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phone.
• Possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures.
• Be familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively.
