Action Property Management, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager for Millennium Tower in San Francisco.

The AGM will support the General Manager in daily operations, liaise with residents, and supervise concierge and security teams to deliver a refined resident experience. Compensation ranges from $150k–$160k per year with full health benefits, a 401(k) match, and additional perks such as free parking, cell stipend, and monthly dry cleaning.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including department head roles
• HOA or property management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and train onsite teams and manage boards

• Manage office operations, scheduling, and communications
• Prepare board meeting materials and minutes
• Oversee concierge and security staff
• Review invoices, delinquencies, and vendor files
• Draft resident communications and manage calendars
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the GM’s absence
