Job summary

Teiken Global Ltd in South Florida seeks a Project Executive to lead high-rise and luxury residential developments from preconstruction through closeout. You will own the commercial success, manage client relationships, procurement, and risk, while mentoring a bench of project managers.

Relocation assistance is offered, with a strong track record in ground-up luxury projects and a long-term commitment to South Florida operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex ground-up high-rise / luxury residential projects.
• Strong command of project financials, buyout, procurement, contracts and risk management.
• Ability to own client relationships and act as the senior contact on major projects.
• Experience mentoring and leading project managers and teams.
• Luxury multifamily residential, condo, or mixed-use high-rise project experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presence; team-first attitude.
• Willing to be based in South Florida long-term.

Responsibilities

• Own financials, client relationships, procurement, and risk across preconstruction to closeout.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teams.
• Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure delivery on site.
• Maintain a direct line to executive leadership and contribute to strategic growth.
• Manage high-rise and luxury residential projects in South Florida.
