Job summary

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their South Florida team, working on a landmark, high-value luxury residential project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading General Contractor with a strong pipeline of major developments across South Florida.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a complex, large-scale high-rise residential project, overseeing project operations, financial performance, subcontractor coordination and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
