Job summary
Teiken Global Ltd in Miami, FL is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field delivery on major high-rise and luxury residential projects. You will own end-to-end field operations on 8+ story towers, driving safety, quality, and schedule through subcontractors and vendors.
Relocation assistance is available and relocation strongly encouraged. This is a succession hire with a clear path to senior field leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Field Operations and offering a long-term South
Qualifications
- Must have experience leading high-rise vertical construction (8+ stories) in luxury residential
- Strong understanding of cast-in-place / post-tensioned concrete and curtain wall on tower projects
- Luxury multifamily residential, condo, or mixed-use/podium project experience
- Ability to drive quality and schedule through subcontractors and vendors
- Leadership presence to be the face of the field, client liaison, mentoring, and safety focus
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills with a team-first attitude
- Willing to be based in South Florida long-term

- Lead field delivery end-to-end on substantial high-rise residential projects (8+ stories)
- Help steer wider field operations across the division
- Report to the VP of Field Operations with real field authority and a path to executive leadership
