Westdale in North Miami Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for our 363-unit high-rise community. You will maintain the property's cleanliness, including offices, clubhouses, restrooms, laundry facilities, and model apartments, and prepare vacant units for new residents.

The role is hourly and non-exempt, with opportunities for monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. A strong eye for detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Formación

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily.
• Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in.
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
