Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to perform cleaning and maintenance across indoor and outdoor areas of our communities. The role includes inspecting work, reporting to the supervisor, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience, strong customer service skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a full-time position with benefits and occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or related role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned (sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, light bulb replacement, window cleaning).
• Maintains supplies and cleaning solutions per safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Ensures security procedures and safety precautions are followed at all times.
• Delivers packages to residences when applicable and responds to calls promptly.
• Adheres to Global Service Standards and communicates with supervision as needed.
• Participates in meetings and training; supports workflow to meet schedule.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment issues and needs for materials/supplies.
• Flexibly supports related duties to maintain operations.
