Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to perform advanced cleaning and maintenance tasks across interior and exterior areas of a community. The role requires inspecting work, reporting to the Supervisor, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Duties include cleaning, supply management per OSHA guidelines, and timely communication with residents and supervisors. The position offers full-time, non-exempt status with comprehensive benefits, holidays, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 1+ years of cleaning/maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
• Maintains sanitary supplies and cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Adheres to security procedures and safety precautions at all times.
• Delivers packages to residents when applicable.
• Follows FirstService Residential Global Service Standards and responds to calls by end of next business day.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment or supply issues and assists with meetings or trainings as needed.
