FirstService Residential is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor to perform cleaning and maintenance across indoor and outdoor areas of the community. You will sweep, mop, dust, shampoo, empty trash, and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor.

Work may be indoors, outdoors, or a mix, with emphasis on safety and sanitation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, custodial experience is a plus, and bilingual abilities are desirable.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal and window cleaning.
• Inform Supervisor of needed supplies and maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA requirements.
• Remove trash, assist in emergency cleaning, and maintain sanitary supplies for assigned areas.
• Inspect daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor; follow safety procedures and security rules.
• Complete daily work orders and keep equipment in good working condition.
