Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent in Houston to oversee luxury high-rise and upscale residential projects. You will manage field operations, schedules, safety, and quality, ensuring top craftsmanship across all phases of construction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of superintendent experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple subs and complex trades while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, multifamily, luxury residential, or high-rise construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from ground-up through completion.
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, and interior finish work.
• Ability to lead multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex construction activities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
• Experience with construction management and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Manage daily site logistics, sequencing, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings with project teams and trade partners.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays.
• Monitor productivity, manpower requirements, and construction progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership representatives.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Deliver luxury finishes and exceptional quality throughout all phases of construction.
