Luxury Residential Superintendent | Frisco, TX | $140–150K+ (DOE)

Hours: M-F from 7 AM to 4 PM, Sat from 8 AM to 12 PM

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of $5M–$10M+ custom homes. This is a highly visible, field-based opportunity for someone who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship, knows how to lead a job site, and understands the level of service expected in luxury residential construction.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in luxury residential construction and a proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual should take tremendous pride in their work, maintain exceptionally high standards, and be comfortable representing the company with discerning homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for luxury custom home construction projects.


• Manage construction activities from pre-construction through final completion and turnover.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.


• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work to ensure accuracy and quality.


• Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays or issues.


• Conduct regular site walks and inspections to ensure workmanship, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.


• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, homeowners, and other stakeholders.


• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards.


• Identify construction issues and develop effective solutions while maintaining project timelines and budgets.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.


• Monitor job-site safety and ensure subcontractors adhere to safety requirements.


• Track materials, deliveries, inspections, and other field activities.


• Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones clearly and professionally.


• Assist with punch-list completion and ensure an exceptional final product and homeowner experience.


• In addition to overseeing day-to-day field operations, the Superintendent will also be responsible for estimating, bidding, managing change orders, approving invoices, and hiring/releasing contractors, with final corporate approval as required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in residential construction, with significant experience in luxury/high-end custom homes.


• Proven experience managing the construction of $5M–$10M+ custom residences.


• Strong understanding of all phases of residential construction, including foundations, framing, MEP systems, millwork, finishes, and final completion.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades in a high-end construction environment.


• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.


• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, schedules, and building processes.


• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with project management and ownership teams.


• Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction/project management software.


• Valid driver's license and ability to work primarily in the field.
