Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in field supervision for high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven leadership on 20+ story concrete structures from ground-up to completion.
• Deep technical knowledge of structural, MEP, and finishing systems.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional safety credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations for high-rise projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lead safety meetings.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and manage project timelines.
