Job summary

Rise Association Management Group (Rise AMG) is seeking a High-Rise Concierge for a luxury condominium in Houston. You will ensure excellent resident service, greet guests, monitor front desk activity, coordinate services, and stay informed about local amenities to deliver a 5-star living experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a polished professional demeanor, with flexibility for part-time shifts including overnight or early hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or Business Administration desired.
• Minimum of one year of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Information Systems.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
• Ability to work upright standing or sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property.
• Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk and monitors access to the property.
• Reviews access control cameras and reports suspicious activity.
• PowerPoint support for reports and presentations.
• Engages with residents to help with queries and services.
• Daily walk-throughs to ensure the community is up kept and clean.
• Handles mail/packages, bookings, and arrangements including transportation, reservations, and personal services.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to enhance 5-star living experiences.
• Maintains familiarity with community amenities and provides directions.
• Follows Front Desk procedures, DARs, incident reports, and emergency responses.
• Undertakes Front Desk administrative tasks.
• Resolves resident/guest concerns professionally and promptly.
