Stratton Amenities in Houston, TX seeks a polished Lead Concierge and Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a luxury residential community. You will lead the concierge team, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service/hospitality, strong communication, and leadership experience. This role requires evening/weekend availability and proficiency with computers and property management software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, concierge, hotel or front desk experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; hospitality-focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front desk operations at a luxury residential community.
• Lead concierge team and uphold hospitality standards.
• Coach and train new concierge staff.
• Maintain shift notes, incident reports and logs.
• Coordinate package management, visitor access, amenity reservations and resident communications.
• Collaborate with property management and Stratton leadership.
