Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) seeks a polished Concierge for The Modern Residences in Downtown Austin. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy and top-tier service.

The role requires a service mindset, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Discretion and professional judgment essential.
• Proficient with email and concierge or property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage building access and check-ins for guests and vendors.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy.
• Address resident concerns and escalate emergencies when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to improve services and resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up.
