Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Spa Attendant for the Male Locker Room to ensure an exceptional guest experience in the spa areas. You will assist the Spa team in maintaining the locker rooms and wellness spaces to meet service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in guest/service roles, ability to stand for long periods, and English fluency. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service

Responsibilities

• Keeps Wellness Floor areas neat, vacuumed, and dust-free.
• Ensures mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free; removes trash.
• Sets up and maintains spa including refreshments, locker rooms, fitness center, yoga studio, and pre-treatment area.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries on the Wellness Floor and directs guests to desired areas.
• Retrieves and folds towels.
• Retrieves, delivers, and stores products from purchasing.
