Job summary

AVE by Korman Communities is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome residents and guests, ensuring a premium hospitality experience. You will handle reservations, answer inquiries, and support operations with a courteous, detail-oriented approach from Tuesday through Saturday evenings.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork to maintain AVE’s high service standards across luxury apartment communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have face-to-face customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
• Travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve as well as proactively alleviate potential resident concerns.
• Willingness to master and use industry systems (Yardi and/or Orion).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, clients and visitors to provide a hospitality-focused first impression.
• Maintain reservations with detailed notes and ensure brand standards at check-in.
• Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping on move-ins, move-outs, and work orders.
• Assist with community operations, including key cards and package logging.
• Support sales efforts by greeting prospects and assisting VIP clients.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive attitude daily.
