Job summary

AVE by Korman Communities is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional hospitality-focused service to residents and guests in a luxury apartment community. You will act as the face of AVE, handling inquiries, coordinating with management and staff, and ensuring smooth move-ins and move-outs with attention to detail.

The role requires face-to-face customer service experience in hospitality, strong communication, organization, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience in hospitality.
• Travel/relocation or multifamily experience preferred.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with industry systems (Yardi and/or Orion a plus).

Responsibilities

• Set a great first impression for residents, clients, prospects, and visitors.
• Provide high-touch customer service to residents and guests daily.
• Respond to requests via emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions; coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping for move-ins/move-outs/work orders.
• Manage day-to-day community operations: create key cards, log packages, check-in/check-out, service the coffee station, and more.
