Job summary
AVE by Korman Communities in White Plains, NY, seeks a Guest Services Representative for our luxury flexible-stay apartment communities nationwide. You will be the face of AVE, delivering high-touch hospitality and handling reservations, check-ins, and guest requests with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
You will collaborate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure seamless moves, VIP client interactions, and outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Face-to-face customer service experience in hospitality
- Travel/relocation or multifamily industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and proactively alleviate resident concerns
- Willingness to master industry systems (Yardi/Orion)
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date reservations with detailed notes
- Walk suites prior to guest arrival to meet AVE brand standards
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for residents and guests
- Assist with move-ins/move-outs, make-readies, and work orders
- Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping teams
