Job summary

AVE by Korman Communities is hiring full-time Housekeepers to clean and prepare furnished suites for residents in our luxury apartment communities. You will perform light and deep cleaning, linen replenishment, and ensure the cleanliness of common areas and laundry facilities.

We value energetic, customer-focused teammates who can work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Basic English communication is required and reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Energetic, self-motivating and “can do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Light and deep cleaning of one and two bedroom suites, beds, vacuuming, laundry, and replenishing supplies.
• Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room.
